Three flat rates by array size, and everything else on this page is part of the same visit. No deposit, no travel fee inside the service area, and you pay when the panels are clean.
A full hand wash of every panel, on the roof, with filtered deionized water and a soft brush. Frames and rails wiped too, so runoff doesn't streak the glass again next rain.
The most common Hays County array. Same hand wash, same deionized rinse, usually 60 to 90 minutes start to finish.
Large roofs, split arrays, carports and ground mounts. Very large arrays over 60 panels get a walked quote first so nobody is surprised.
Leaves, cedar litter, wasp nests and bird nests packed under the panels come out while I'm up there. Shading from one corner nest can cost a whole string of production.
While cleaning I look for cracked glass, hot spots, loose clamps, chewed wiring and lifted flashing, and I text you photos of anything worth watching.
